My passion has always been in supporting children and their families, and has deepened and expanded to parent coaching and maternal mental health since becoming a mom to three sweet kiddos!
After years of online- everything, I am happy to offer a warm and comfortable space for in-person therapy sessions for those local to Niagara and desiring that face-to-face connection. Online / virtual appointments are also available for those who would prefer to connect from their own home! I also offer online booking for appointments.
