My work is based in attachment and emotion - meaning, I want to get to the roots of what is happening for you so we can work towards deep, lasting change. I draw mainly from emotionally-focussed therapy, somatic therapy, parts work in combination with skills-based modalities, CBT, ACT, DBT and mindfulness work.

Session fee is paid via e-transfer or credit card at the close of each session. I do not do direct billing, clients are responsible for submitting claims to insurance companies. Please be sure to confirm that your insurance covers Psychotherapy services.
