I am passionate about supporting adults who are seeking support related to life transitions, relationship concerns, anxiety, stress, trauma and trauma-related symptoms, depression, sexual violence/abuse, and existential crisis. I also offer mental health, personality, and vocational assessments.
In counselling, you may learn new ways to cope, explore relationships with yourself and others, restore feelings of hope, and/or reconnect with a sense of meaning in your life. I hope that counselling is a safe and supportive space where you can heal parts of your experience and grow.
