When our minds and emotions are overwhelmed it can be difficult to know where to start. I am committed to supporting those with big feelings and encountering life's obstacles to live fuller lives. I provide a warm and gentle presence alongside evidence-based practices to help you identify and move towards a life that is both meaningful and manageable. If you are struggling with anxiety, relationships, sexuality, shame, or even just being human- I would be honoured to support you through affordable counselling.
I am in my last year of completing my Masters in Counselling Psychology at the University of Victoria. All of my low-cost ($40-$60) sessions are fully supervised by our clinical director and trainer, Anja Hess, RCC 18489 (pictured above right). I am grateful to live, work, and play on the beautiful ancestral lands of the Lekwungen peoples in Victoria, B.C.
