I've worked with individuals with addictions and mental health concerns, crisis intervention, grief, communication, emotional management, trauma/ PTSD in teens and adults. I have integrated my understanding of neurodiversity into my work as well as impacts of trauma on the mind and body. I use attachment, DBT, CBT, ACT, and IFS for tailored outcomes.
I believe in autonomy and authenticity directed towards collaborative outcomes based on your needs. Together I would like to build an approach that works best for you while continuing to build safety and your own internal resiliency.
