I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Counsellor specialized in Birth and Reproductive Trauma as well as Perinatal Greif and Loss Counselling. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Life Coaching and Internal Family Systems for Perinatal Populations. I am a Reiki Master and offer support in mindfulness for a holistic healing experience.
