My desire to work as a therapist comes from my passion and enthusiasm for connecting with others and my core belief that healing happens through our relationships with ourselves and others. Growth and development are an ongoing journey for all of us. Whether you're struggling with your mental health (i.e. depression, anxiety, trauma), working on self-development, in the process of healing, or you simply need a safe place to talk, I am here for you. I work to make you feel as comfortable as possible to support you through the process of taking care of your mental well-being.
I have experience working with a broad range of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationship concerns. My practice is anchored in self-compassion and neuroscience. I also have additional training and experience with trauma-informed therapy, CBT, ACT, interpersonal violence, and emotionally focused therapy.
