In our therapeutic relationship, I want to provide you with the freedom and space to be exactly who you are, because within that acceptance of self, your awareness increases, you see things more clearly, and you can cultivate deeper connection to others. Together we can work through inevitable blindspots and life's challenges, continuing to grow the life you want to live.
I strive to curate my approach to each unique person. Our relationship takes absolute precedence! Ideally, I want it based out of authenticity and openness, empathy and compassion, and perhaps some humour. After all - this whole life thing is kind of strange! My practice is trauma-informed and influenced by existential and compassion-focused therapies.
I offer individual and relationship therapy (this does not only include romantic relationships). In relationship therapy, we will explore connection and communication, and together we will search to understand recurrent issues.
