Are you experiencing problem with anxious thoughts or feelings? Are you looking for a counsellor who is willing to listen, as well as be honest and direct? If so, I'm the counsellor for you. My passion in counselling comes from the belief in change and the necessity to be present in our lives. To steer our own ship! I understand that life is challenging and work, family, and personal demands are difficult to overcome. However, I also believe that with the right person guiding you, you will be able to make changes to feel more well.
Working with male clients struggling to regain a sense of purpose and balance is a special interest for me. Emotional eating and anger management are also areas of speciality for me. I have developed and facilitated public workshops on these topics. I simply believe in the power of change!
On an interesting note, I was born and raised in St. Johns, Newfoundland. This experience has allowed me to appreciate the complexities of culture and connection. I look forward to meeting with you to discuss ways in which I can help you to feel calmer, happier, and more connected.
