My professional experience and education allows me to treat a wide variety of concerns with a flexible approach that is tailored to your unique needs. You can expect to gain increased insight into your existing patterns as well as practical strategies for achieving and maintaining positive changes.
I use a blend of somatic and cognitive modalities in my practice. Some of these include: Eye Movement Desensitizing and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), ACT and clinical hypnosis for sleep. I provide a discrete and confidential environment to explore issues related to unhealthy coping patterns as well as Abuse and/or Assault.
