My goal is to work collaboratively with you to develop new perspectives, attitudes and behaviours that enable you to move through pain and difficulty. I facilitate an integrative approach that draws on your strengths to empower you to make the changes in your life that are in line with how you envision you want your life to be. Coupled with the resources and multidisciplinary approach of Lifemark, we are able to offer effective psychological services for a wide range of issues including LTD, MVA recovery, return to work and private services. Serving veterans is a particular focus given our proximity to CFB Cold Lake.
I consider myself to be a "generalist" in terms of presenting issues and demographics. My varied personal and work experiences make me well suited for understanding a wide variety of what people experience and need. However, there are times when a specific diagnosis and treatment regimen is necessary, so that can be provided if needed.
