Alma McNairn is a registered Social Worker with over 25 years of experience within the field of mental health. During the last ten years, my focus has been supporting children and youth in areas such as childhood trauma, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), interpersonal relationships, mood disorders and emotion regulation.
I operate from a strength-based approach that offers a non-judgmental and supportive space that fosters hope. I strive to guide clients to recognize their strengths and resiliency to help cope with various life challenges and improve their mental wellness.
