At Allura, we know and understand that sexuality is one of the most fun but complicated parts of humanity, while also one of the hardest to find a safe and non-judgmental space to speak openly about. Reclaiming Desire: Low Desire Mindfulness Group
Do you struggle with low sexual desire? You may be feeling like there’s something wrong with you - maybe you once loved sex and wanted it, and now feel nervous, uneasy, or even panicked at the thought of sex. It may never cross your mind, or when it does, it feels like another chore that has to be done. By the end of the group, you'll feel more connected to your partner, understand what desire is and feel more in control of your own, and feel pleasure in your body again. (Group Starting Thursday January 7th, 2021)
