"Parkdale Psychology" is my clinical practice, which is located at Queen and Dufferin in South Parkdale, Toronto. I offer therapy services for those who are committed to personal growth and who are looking for support in overcoming life's challenges. I also provide couples therapy as well as assessment and diagnosis. My psychotherapy services are trauma informed and LGBTQ+ affirming.
My integrative approach draws from Interpersonal Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
