Hello, are you or your loved ones experiencing difficulties with your emotions or behaviours which are impacting your ability to be present and enjoy life? I know how difficult these experiences can be. I have been working with children, youth, adults, couples, and families for 15 years to improve mental well being and behaviour, reduce conflict, and strengthen relationships. I will help you navigate your challenges and realize your full potential for love, happiness, and purpose.
I teach coping strategies for the mind and body while unpacking and healing your past experiences and trauma. I provide a safe space for you, your partner and/or child to explore the troublesome thoughts, behaviours, and/or disconnection, learn about your needs, and create a path towards acceptance, change, safety and loving connection.
Everyone needs help sometimes in navigating the complexity of the world we live in and the relationships that are important to us.
