Hello, are you or your loved ones experiencing difficulties with your emotions or behaviours which are impacting your ability to be present and enjoy life? Are your relationships plagued by conflict, anger, disappointment or loneliness? Do you have trauma which shows up as troublesome thoughts and behaviours? I know how difficult these experiences can be. I have been working with children, youth, adults, couples, and families for 15 years to improve mental well being and behaviour, reduce conflict, and strengthen relationships. I will help you navigate your challenges and realize your full potential for love, happiness, and purpose.
I teach coping strategies for the mind and body while unpacking and healing your past experiences and trauma. I provide a safe space for you, your partner and/or child to explore the troublesome thoughts, behaviours, and/or disconnection, learn about your needs, and create a path towards acceptance, change, safety and loving connection.
Everyone needs help sometimes in navigating the complexity of the world we live in and the relationships that are important to us. We will work together to overcome any challenges you or your loved ones may be facing, restore harmony to your life and relationships, and find the courage to stop dreaming about your best life and start living it!
