I wholeheartedly believe in the power of the human spirit to grow, heal, and bloom. My specialties include chronic pain and illness, grief and loss, body image and identity, life transitions, pet loss, anxiety and depression, and relationship issues. I offer both individual and relationship therapy.
I am drawn to somatic and self-compassion-based approaches, as well as emotion-focused, feminist, and expressive arts therapies. I work with the whole person, tending to the mind, body, heart, and soul.
I understand the courage and strength it takes to bring your vulnerabilities to therapy, and I will create a warm, caring, and accepting space for you to share your experiences and emotions.
