I'm a pre-licensed counselling art therapist focused on anxiety, relationships, self-advocacy and authenticity. I specialize in Art Therapy; an effective way to explore experiences stuck within the body that may not be attainable in talk therapy alone. Sometimes, difficult experiences are challenging to speak about. Art can be a way of communication.
