Whether it is your first time reaching out for help or you feel like you've tried everything, I have experience in working with various OCD severities and subtypes. If you are feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or stuck, I can help you make scary change feel more manageable. l deliver cutting-edge Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) treatment through a practical and functional lens. Treatment is offered virtually, in the community, and in the client's home (depending on your location).
I help clients cultivate a strategic and disciplined attitude to apply to your areas of concern. I will help you set realistic and values-based goals and live the ERP lifestyle. My approach involves accepting to learn to live with uncertainty, being gentle and understanding with oneself, and infusing some humour and lightness along the way!

OCD Bootcamp
This virtual intensive group will help you set clear goals each day, apply evidenced based strategies to your daily OCD challenges, and receive individualized feedback to maximize your success. The bootcamp will give you the momentum and tools you need to continue working on your OCD after the group ends. The focus is on exposure and response prevention (ERP), along with strategies from Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
