Please note that I'm currently only available for virtual therapy (telephone or video). I'll work with you to help increase your awareness of the automatic thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that keep you feeling stuck. This is the first step towards changing unhelpful patterns in your life. I’m here to listen and help you learn to become curious about all parts of yourself; examine them with curiosity and self-compassion; begin to understand how your parts and patterns developed; and finally, to work towards getting unstuck. This creates greater flexibility and conscious choice over how you respond to external events in your life.
I practice an integrated approach to psychotherapy that incorporates tools from evidence-based interventions, including relational psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy, Mindfulness, and others approaches. I also have extensive experience and training in the treatment of all types of trauma.
If you're curious about connecting and feel like we may be a good fit, please reach out to schedule a free 15 minute consultation.
