Services are available to youth (12+) and adult clients experiencing low mood, anxiety, trauma, overwhelming emotions, burnout and/or loss of purpose. Grounded in neuroscience, I often use strategies in mindfulness, psychoeducation, experiential coping skills and creative expression to help clients find regulation and change painful patterns.
