Welcome, I am glad you are here. I help adults navigate life's challenges, develop greater self-understanding and work towards meaningful change and growth. My approach is psychodynamic, client-centred and collaborative. Together, within a safe and supportive relationship, we will explore and develop insight into the ways past experiences and factors outside awareness may shape how you think, feel about yourself, engage in relationships and cope with challenges. This offers opportunities for new ways of responding to current concerns, a better relationship with yourself and others, and movement towards a more satisfying life.
My clients bring many concerns including anxiety, mood, relationship and family matters, stress/burnout, self-worth, life transitions, grief and trauma. As a psychotherapist and former lawyer, with work experience in higher education, I am uniquely suited to help professionals working in high-pressure environments and post-secondary/professional students.
