Also is also a trained Parenting Coordinator and works with high conflict couples in separation and divorce to streamline their parenting plan, follow court orders and build guidelines around healthy communication in the best interest of their children.

Using various therapies along with the practice of mindfulness, and growth mindset we can all develop the skills and strategies to reach a greater sense of well-being and personal success.
