My ultimate goal in our work together is that you feel seen and understood in all of your humanness, and that our relationship serves as a safe place to explore whatever is holding you back from experiencing the world as your most rooted and alive self. Through a gentle and collaborative approach, we will work together to attune to the present moment feelings and sensations that are often shied away from, and generally build resiliency to face life's inevitable challenges.
I approach counselling through a somatic, trauma-informed, relational, and emotions-focused lens, and have a particular interest in working with highly sensitive/possibly neurodivergent young adults, and parents. I am the mother of two young children in a neurodiverse family, who has lived experience with autism, anxiety, and high sensitivities.
