Starting therapy can feel overwhelming and confusing no matter what age you begin. It is the first step towards healing and learning to move forward and onwards with life no matter what challenges you may face. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore and process some of life’s challenges as they come your way. My lens includes client-centered and strength based approach. I specialize in supporting individuals, children, adolescents and families through the complexities of life.
Collaboratively, I integrate a variety of evidence-based techniques including: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Family Based Therapy (FBT), Motivational interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Attachment Theory and Narrative Therapy.
