I work with youth, young adults, and students experiencing anxiety, depression, loneliness, shame, lack of compassion, lack of motivation, low self-worth, emotional awareness and expression, emotional regulation, loss of identity, relocation and cultural adaptation, academic stress, test anxiety, perfectionism, and overwhelming feelings of worry, tension, and panic. My goal is to cultivate an empowering space where individuals can face their challenges while feeling confident, safe, and free to be themselves. I empower clients to embrace their strengths while gaining practical strategies for a more fulfilling life.
With a Master’s of Social Work, I ground my practice in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. My approach is strength-based and rooted in the principles of inclusivity, respect, compassion, and non-judgment.
I recognize how daunting vulnerability can feel. No one teaches us how to express emotions or how to overcome trauma. And yet, I have witnessed clients’ innate ability to heal, adapt, and discover themselves beyond what happened to them. I applaud your courage as you search for support, and I look forward to honouring you, wherever you are in your story.
