Life can be challenging and take its toll. My one-on-one clinical work with adults experiencing a range of issues – anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, interpersonal conflict, major life transitions, and identity-related struggles, among others – has shown me just how helpful therapy can be.

I work as an autonomous Psychologist at CFIR. CFIR clinicians provide 26 treatment and 17 assessment services. We offer free consultations and therapy sessions commencing at $70 per session through our Reduced Cost Services Program.
