Blending our natural human state with the systems, families, and communities in which we live can bring all sorts of challenges our way. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, stress, a life transition, grief, or other mental health challenges, it takes courage, strength, curiosity, and even a little bit of hope to begin a journey into counselling. Please connect with me if you would like a holistic approach, and an open heart, mind, and ear to join you on this journey. It is my hope to reconnect and empower you with the energy & rhythms of the Earth and body movements, and in turn reconnect you with yourself.
Nature-based therapies, alongside other therapeutic approaches, are known to support people with a variety of concerns, such as; anxiety, depression, stress, substance use, relationships, school issues, low joy in life, illness, pain, grief and loss, and many more.
I look forward to joining you on a healing journey along paths, brooks and roots, through trees, beside the ocean, breathing fresh air, and adding therapeutic movement into our sessions together. You will have many choices for experiencing nature, as you tap into your own strengths, and move toward your preferred way of living.
