Having completed training in EMDR, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, I am passionate about treating responses to trauma, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, depression, emotion regulation, and anxiety.
My approach to therapy is both holistic and eclectic. I draw from many different approaches, such as internal family systems, while empowering you to explore patterns, relationships, and past experiences as a way to understand your present ways of being.
There isn't a "one size fits all" approach to therapy. Our sessions will be collaborative and fit your specific needs, concerns, and wellness goals. I look forward to hearing from you!
