Welcome! I’m Alessia - a nature lover, a concert goer, and a Registered Psychotherapist who is passionate about working with young adults. Being a young adult in 2024 comes with many societal pressures that can make the transition into school, career, relationships, or general adulting, even more overwhelming than it already is!
