We all struggle in invisible ways as our lives become inhibited by pressures and expectations of the day to day. We are often further debilitated by our less than perfect past, where old hurts and abandon influence our current choices. Most impacted are our relationships, our work, and our connection to the self. I believe therapy gives us the opportunity to both accept what was and is, and through growth orienting processes help us recreate ourselves into versions that feel more aligned with who we would like to become.
I use an integrative approach that is customized to the inner workings of my clients. My approach is mind-body centred, and I use blended techniques to fit your personal needs. My training includes psychodynamic and relational methods, I maintain a trauma informed lens, and support body and somatic integration.
My life's work is to feel my way into your mind and your heart. To help you see things you have yet to see in yourself. To sit in the throws and the depth of your pain, as I gently remind you of your inherent worth and importance.
