1) Teens with various concerns (suicidality, self-harm, depression, anxiety, ADHD), and 2) Adults wanting to address topics such as: stress management, relationship concerns, self-esteem, anxiety, ADHD, and depression.
Hi, I’m Taylor! I value honesty in my work, so let's be honest. Counselling is hard. It can be uncomfortable and uncertain. And...it can be really, really helpful. I'd like to support you through whatever you are dealing with right now; with humour, with honesty, and with empathy. I value the therapeutic relationship and will aim to create a safe space to both help validate you and to push you. Whether you are here to work on specific goals, or you are looking to work on personal growth, I would be happy to be a part of the process. Take a look around here, see if I'm a good fit for you, and when you're ready, let's get to work!

My passion is helping children and adolescents to feel better understood, and to have the skills and confidence to better manage their external (e.g., friendships, school performance) and internal (e.g., emotions, urges) worlds. Using gold-standard psychological assessment tools, I can provide clarity around diagnostic questions including ASD, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, and learning disorders in order to make recommendations that will benefit a child going forward. With respect to therapy, I use evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT skills, and ACT to help youth manage big feelings and function more effectively.

I assess for learning disabilities, ADHD, anxiety, autism, and other diagnoses.
Hi, I'm Keely. I complete assessments for students who are between the ages of 5 and 22. Most people think comprehensive assessments produce lengthy reports filled with complex language and few practical recommendations. I aim to write family-friendly reports with everyday strategies to support students across multiple environments. The families I work with appreciate my communication throughout the assessment process and my strength-based approach.

As an adult living with ADHD who went undiagnosed for years, I understand the challenges that make even the simplest tasks feel burdensome.
I am passionate about helping others discover how their or their child's unique brain learns best. I primarily work with the families of children and adolescents who are struggling in school, whether in their learning, attention, or behaviour. I especially appreciate working directly with families throughout the assessment and offering strategies to best support their child's needs. I also enjoy working with adults who feel that they slipped through the cracks in school, and would like to know more about their unique learning challenges.

My practice currently focusses on Neurofeedback. Seeing a Neurofeedback therapist is a different kind of therapy experience. The main focus of your sessions is on improving your brain health and retraining your brain waves so that you’ll begin to feel better, sooner. Neurofeedback can help with a wide range of difficulties including those related to mental health and wellness, ADHD, ASD, learning struggles, disrupted sleep, mTBI/concussions, and long Covid. It is therapy with the brain in mind. Neurofeedback is a way of teaching the nervous system how to regulate itself, getting it 'unstuck' and more flexible and resilient.

I specialize in treating a variety of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, behavioural concerns, substance use, and relational issues and family dynamics, using CBT, DBT, ABA, and EMDR. The type of therapy, or combination of types, that best supports your goals is chosen collaboratively, and can look different depending on what you want to achieve. I work with some populations that may require a more specialized approach, including individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, first responders or public safety personnel, and individuals with acquired brain injuries.

I work with individuals with a wide-range of concerns and backgrounds but my main areas of focus are working with anxiety, eating disorders, ADHD and addiction issues. In my therapeutic approach, I aim to understand you and your world. Although people may share the same common symptoms, issues, and life’s ups and downs: no two people experience them exactly the same. It is important for me to understand how you experience things, so I can help you find solutions that fit for you. Together we will work collaboratively to figure out what is working for you and how to change the things that are not.
