I assess for learning disabilities, ADHD, anxiety, autism, and other diagnoses.
Hi, I'm Keely. I complete assessments for students who are between the ages of 5 and 22. Most people think comprehensive assessments produce lengthy reports filled with complex language and few practical recommendations. I aim to write family-friendly reports with everyday strategies to support students across multiple environments. The families I work with appreciate my communication throughout the assessment process and my strength-based approach.

I work with individuals with a wide-range of concerns and backgrounds but my main areas of focus are working with anxiety, eating disorders, ADHD and addiction issues. In my therapeutic approach, I aim to understand you and your world. Although people may share the same common symptoms, issues, and life’s ups and downs: no two people experience them exactly the same. It is important for me to understand how you experience things, so I can help you find solutions that fit for you. Together we will work collaboratively to figure out what is working for you and how to change the things that are not.

Do you frequently find yourself worrying about your child's school achievement? Are they underperforming academically? Do they "FREEZE" when trying to learn new things or complete assignments? Does your child not appear to be retaining the information that is presented in class? They seem to have mastered topics one day, but the next day is like starting over? Do you find yourself thinking about whether their needs are learners are being met? If any of this sounds familiar to you, it may be time to consider an assessment. We offer assessments for Learning Disabilities, ADHD and Autism, for children and adults.

I have learned to manage my own symptoms of ADHD and anxiety.
What I hear most from those who are struggling is that they desperately want change but they cannot see a clear path; they have been dealing with overwhelming symptoms for so long that suffering is part of their routine. Often this daily strain results in unhealthy coping mechanisms that compound the issues and amplify the symptoms. If this sounds like you, please know that you are not alone. Whether your suffering stems from relationship, parenting, interpersonal struggles, or unresolved past trauma, you have the capacity to heal, even when you feel that life is unbearable and change is out of reach.

I specialize in supporting individuals who often feel overwhelmed by their emotions, grapple with ADHD, and carry the weight of past trauma. Many of my clients hesitate to open up emotionally, feeling that if they are "too much," they’ll burden others, which leaves lasting imprints on their ability to fully embrace themselves and live authentically. They often find themselves giving so much to others yet feeling unseen and lonely in their own struggles. In therapy, my clients want to embrace their whole selves without the fear of taking up "too much" space and begin the healing journey from past experiences.

Although my specialty areas are trauma and ADHD, I love supporting all people.
I believe in an individualized approach to mental health therapy. My job as a therapist is not to "fix" you or to help you find freedom in becoming more like others. With children, my primary approach is neurobiologically informed and play-based. I do not believe obstacles in life can be overcome by simply thinking differently. My practice is focused on building connection with self (mind, body, spirit) through trauma informed exploration.
