My background is in the non-profit field, working with a variety of marginalized populations. I am passionate about connection and authentic relationships and values a sincere, empathetic, and honest therapeutic relationship.
I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). I also utilizes EMDR to help individuals in the reprocess trauma. I have additional training in peri-natal mental health.
