Previous experience in supporting humans of all types who are struggling with mental health, trauma, human trafficking, domestic violence, substance use & addiction, managing emotions, relationships, lack of coping skills, decision making, negative views of self, and adapting to life changes. I understand that being a human is hard, and that our life experiences can change how we think, behave, see ourselves, and lead to unhealthy coping mechanisms. I will work alongside you to explore your life circumstances, goals and the possibilities of change, through an eclectic mix of approaches.
I am a strength based counsellor with experience in supporting a wide variety of humans. I understand the impacts of trauma and provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space in which to work. I utilize a mix of cognitive behavioural, mindfulness, brief solution focused, and coaching approaches to support humans in moving forward along their journey.
