I believe my role as a counsellor is to create a safe space for my clients to share the ups and downs of life. I approach counselling from a holistic perspective, believing that the mind, body, and spirit are interconnected, affecting the overall health of individuals. Providing my clients a safe space to express themselves without judgement is important to me in my practice. When working with children and teens I provide different supports and strategies to help them express their emotions in a healthy way through talk, art, nature and movement.
I specialize in working with children, teens and adolescents who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, sexual identity, and grief.
