My area of expertise is working with children and teens, and providing parent consultation. When you and your child partner with me, I will focus on building and maintaining a sense of safety and security, while meeting your child where they’re at. I’ll integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and a mindfulness approach, along with creative hands-on activities, into my counselling practice to support your child in reaching their unique goals. I specialize in addressing common childhood issues and disorders including Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, Emotional Regulation, Social Skills, Self-Esteem, and Learning Disorders. I offer both counselling and assessment services to children and teens.
