I am a Registered Psychotherapist from CRPO. I have been practicing psychotherapy for six years. I primarily deal with Couples dealing with intimacy concerns and Individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, and self esteem concerns. My goal is to make my clients as emotionally self reliant as possible and bring out a positive change in their life.
I specialize in Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness training and Solution Focused Brief Therapy, all with a trauma informed lens.
Being an immigrant myself, I understand the struggle of emotional uncertainty, the struggle of not being able to fit in, appearance/language barriers in a new country, and how to strive amongst people who consider you 'different'. Hence, lets explore the journey to emotional well-being together.
