Sometimes, we get so lost in the difficulties of the outside world that we forget to take care of our inner self. This can lead to us struggling with things such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, identity-based oppression, stress management, relationship concerns, immigrant struggles, and life changes. I understand how challenging these difficulties can be, and I am passionate about helping others move from fighting with their feelings to reaching their own inner peace. I also, provide child and play therapy.
My goal is to build a therapeutic relationship with you, where you can find the means to self-compassion, self-care and forgiveness. I am dedicated to providing a safe, warm, non-judgmental space for you to process your emotions, strengthen coping strategies, work towards your personal growth and let go of things that have been weighing you down.
I work from holistic perspective and incorporate Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ACT and more. I understand the cultural influences in our lives, which will be addressed in a respectful and sensitive manner.
