I work with clients (age 13+) experiencing challenges in areas of mental health, grief/loss, (dis)Ability, caregiver/parenting burnout or strain as a professional helper, body and eating issues, & reproductive health (fertility, postpartum depression and anxiety, & abortion). I have extensive, specialized experience working with individuals and their loved ones affected by acquired brain injuries (stroke, TBI, etc.). I am also a registered Circle of Security Parent Facilitator.
I have 20 years of experience in a variety of community-based and health care settings including mental health, rehabilitation and abortion care. I use an integrative approach to supporting each individual, which allows for the versatility needed to address each individual's unique needs.
You can expect warmth and candor as I commit to helping untangle what’s contributing to your unease or conflict, and to finding a path forward. Regardless of methods guiding intervention, I work to foster safety and comfort throughout the therapeutic relationship while helping you move in the direction of your valued way of living.
