I believe in research backed treatments as well as exploring spiritual or philosophical meanings if that fits with my clients values and beliefs. Offering different approaches ensures clients find an approach that works for them.
I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, grief/loss and/or family, friend or relationship issues or unmet expectations. People seek support for a variety of reasons and find relief through different approaches and interventions. My intention is to discover the kind of support you need to help you move towards greater wellbeing.
