I am currently supporting individuals navigating through anxiety, depression, stress and burnout. I collaborate with my clients to work towards their goals by building on their current strengths. I love to embrace humour, as I find it's always important to welcome laughter as much as possible and the connection it brings. My core values as a therapist are honesty, authenticity, and accountability. I find that when we can take accountability of our actions and aspects that we can control in our life, that's when change and growth can occur.

I aim to build genuine and trusting relationships with my clients and to make them feel heard and understood. My approach is holistic, while using cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy and solution-focused therapy, along with mindfulness to help my clients meet their goals.
