As a doctoral-trained clinical psychologist, I bring a breadth of skills and perspectives to help you see your challenges differently and support the process of self-discovery. Of particular interest, I actively support young professionals and health providers to thrive in increasingly challenging work contexts so they can continue to be of service to others.
I take an integrative, client-centered approach, drawing from empirically supported treatments (e.g., cognitive-behavioural, interpersonal, acceptance and commitment, mindfulness) to assist clients in recovering from mental health challenges. I specialize in mood and anxiety disorders, interpersonal difficulties, assertiveness, grief/ loss, self-esteem, health issues, and stress management.
