I believe that every difficulty we meet on the journey of our lives is an opportunity to evolve - by deepening our consciousness and love so that we can participate more fully in life. I see psychotherapy as mostly a process of redirecting energies, from protective & survival modes to self-actualization. I work with adults on issues of life transitions (loss, separation, adjustment disorders), depression, anxiety, eco-anxiety, addictions, high sensitivity, giftedness, creative blocks, questions of meaning & purpose in life, etc.
A doctoral candidate in psychology, I am also a licensed psychotherapist & art therapist. I integrate a humanistic-existential approach with ecospiritual values and love to enrich the process of verbal therapy with experiential modalities involving imagination and the body's intelligence -such as visual arts, nature-based practices, journaling & meditation.
I will provide a space and tools for your process of unfolding through compassionate inquiry, facilitating the deepening of your self-knowledge, self-esteem, self-love, self-reliance, personal agency, integrity and inner coherence.
