With 10 years of experience and a background in child, trauma and grief, my focus is not just on providing professional support but co-creating an environment where you and your child feels safe to explore and express yourselves. I'm here to be a compassionate companion on this healing path, teaching the skills to effectively process challenging emotions.
I provide a therapeutic approach that uses CBT, DBT and attachment-based therapy so that you and your child feel safe, at ease and supported to process. I am NIHB-approved and trained.
