I also compassionately support individuals who are navigating through substance use and the impacts of trauma. I work with people in exploring and changing their substance use and in turn having a positive ripple effect on many other life areas. Finally, trauma can cause people to feel overwhelmed, stuck and helpless; I am committed to helping individuals move beyond trauma to a place of hope.
If you are engaged, considering cohabitating, or looking to take your relationship to a deeper level of partnership, these couples sessions are right for you; co-creating relationship resilience, increased happiness and longevity. With individuals I bring in both the body and the mind to help YOU create freedom from substance use and past trauma.
A session with me is a safe space to discuss, share and explore your experiences and emotions. This can sound like a lot, but I have a warm personality, quirky sense of humor and create genuine relationships, bringing a sense of calm to the session.
