DBT Dialectical Behaviour Therapy- Multifamily groups for parents and adolescents ages 12-18 years. 14-week commitment. Evidence-based-treatment that provide skills to tolerate intense emotions, manage relationships effectively, and navigate ongoing life challenges. Book Now 12 families max.
