The last six years I have volunteered as a counsellor, as well as working two years in the Emergency Department of CAMH. I completed over 200 hours of supervised practice, focusing on CBT and Motivational interviewing. My practice is trauma informed, and incorporates Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotion Focused Therapy.
If you are struggling with anxiety, addictions, or other mental health concerns, I want you to know that you are not alone. If you cannot afford therapy, I also offer group sessions!
