As a Licensed Counselling Therapist I work with a diverse clientele; including youth (12+), adults, families and couples who may be experiencing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal relationship challenges, family issues and career and work issues. Though people may seek counselling for clinically diagnosed concerns, it is also common for people to attend counselling to address life dissatisfaction, conflict or with a desire to make meaningful, positive life changes and improve overall wellness.
My direct, caring personality with a strong person centered approach allows clients to express their authentic selves, process past experiences, address life problems and to effectively use emotions. I work with clients to identify a treatment, including Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy
