I have a general practice and wide-ranging interests. I specialize in the use of mindfulness, non-violence, and the mind-body connection to support healing and change. I am trained in various mindfulness-centred, somatic, trauma-informed, and relational approaches. Additionally, I am inspired by nature-based teachings and Buddhist psychology.
