Life presents us with many ups and downs. At times, we need someone who will listen in a way that allows us to feel heard. My intention as a therapist is to create a space for honest conversations, leading to a path of self awareness and self discovery. I am a Registered Social Worker and I have a Masters in Social Work from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly known as Ryerson University). I have extensive experience supporting clients of all ages from marginalized communities, who struggle with isolation, life transitions, and academic challenges.
My vast background in advocacy work, as well as community and institutional program development, has informed my holistic lens in my therapeutic work; prioritizing clients’ unique stories, identities, strengths and needs. Working in collaboration with my clients is essential to my therapeutic practice
I draw from various evidence-based modalities, striving to facilitate a safe and nurturing space for clients to explore their emotions, confront challenges, and cultivate resilience; empowering clients to reach their personal goals while navigating through the complexities of life
